The Scholarship of the Romanian Government is a fully-funded scholarship to study a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree programs in universities of Romanian. All expenses will be fully covered by the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. All participants of any nationality outside the European Union can apply.

Note: The scholarship does not include the fields of medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy.

Bachelor’s degree: 3 – 6 years
Master’s degree: 1.5 – 2 years
Doctorate internship: 3 – 4 years
